Black Americans are Systematically Under-Treated for Pain. Why?

Urban neighborhoods that lack trees and greenspaces have, on average, much higher temperatures than neigborhoods that do. The neighborhoods without green or nature spaces tend to be lower income the higher temperatures contribute to higher rates of heat-related illnesses.
